Near-pristine 5-string fretted Roscoe SKB 3005 for sale. I bought this bass brand new only 3 months ago but, as we all know what's going on in the economy, I'm not immune from its affects. :( Thus, painfully, I have to part with this beauty...
Description:
Unique single-piece swamp ash body
Maple / purpleheart neck
Pau Ferro fretboard
Bartolini pickups
Bartolinin preamp
This is a lightweight, well balanced bass (around 8.8 pounds) that plays and sounds like you'd expect from a Roscoe. IMO, the one-piece body lends itself to a more open and organic tone. There is one small nick near one of the neck bolts, which I attempted to capture in one of the attached pictures. Other than that, this bass is completely flawless and pristine.
Priced to move quickly at $1,600. Sorry, no trades. Buyer pays shipping.

He's "too good" to live in the Gov. mansion in Springfield and only flies down to work because his "daugher goes to school in Chicago". Plus he's trying to shut down every good thing the remainder of the state has to offer. If were up to him, IL would consist only of Chicago. :mad:
