I just bought my first real bass back thinking this bass would sell. Well, I guess post-Christmas syndrome didn't help :) I decided to part it out.

Neck: USA Custom Guitars 1/4 sawn wenge/ebony neck with vintage fret wires and 7 1/2 radius (vintage fender specs). It has jazz width nut and I believe the material is corian or some kind of imitation bone (I am no expert). It went through complete fret job about 45 days ago; including leveling, polishing, conditioning, etc. Frets are in very good condition with almost no fret wear (I am being cautious about this). Comes with Ultralites. I removed the luthier installed string retainer on bass strings, but you can put one there easily lol. NOW $250 shipped Conus. I am selling this at huge loss..

Pickups, wiring harness, control plate and knobs: Seymour Duncan Basslines AJJ-1, pro-active Jazz bass pickups. These are active set with kinda modern voicing and barking type attack. Comes with active friendly original wiring and standard jazz bass control plate and knobs: sold shipped Conus

I think I am gonna keep body, bridge and pickguard for future projects.

PayPal is OK. Overseas OK with additional shipping charges. Ask anything you would wanna know and feel free to send offers. I "may" consider trades.. dammm GAS.

LOL. I don't like blank headstocks. I had a warmoth sticker lying around. As you spotted, I was planning to put just the "War" part, but it didn't look as I expected. So I complete the word. It is not a decal and was not overcoated by any thing, so it should come off easily lol.

How did the neck fit into the body? Did you have to shim it or sand it down?

No, it fit good without any modification.

Pickups are sold pending payment. Neck is still available, but there is some interest.
