Hi everybody,
I have a Bartolini Tcb quad buffer in my Leduc Ubass.
This is an amazing bass but the output is very low and i'd like to understand the preamp wiring.
Does someone know were i can find the wiring diagram?
I've searched in Bartolini.net but i didn't find anything about it.
thanks and happy new year!

TCB I have never heard, but TCT yes:

thanks for the answer but this is TCB not TCT.
There's no information in bartolini.net

I'll go into my files and see if I can find anything on this pre. I have one and I don't recall anything that allowed changes in gain amount.

Try this page

http://bartolini.net/instructions/electronics/tc/tc_1-6web.htm

It's probably a variation of the TC preamps. I still have a TC1 I bought back in 1977 or so.

They don't get much gain before clipping, but it depends on the preamp and the pickups.

You may have a gain control trim pot inside the bass. If not, you can try and wire up the boost the way it shows on that page, if you have a boost wire.

In fact it's a TQB quad buffer.
I'm still searching the wiring diagram.
Thanks
