I had a Workingman 12 for about four years. This was a couple years ago so it wasn't the Workingman Pro but don't think things changed that much. And I didn't use it that much with my USA L2500 other than at home as I changed to the GB ML200-210T for my main amp at church.

However, I set my Oral Enhancer at around 1-2 o'clock. Bass flat, Mids rolled off a bit and the High about 9 o'clock.

With the horn switch off that may cut some of the "scooped" sound a little also.

To my ear, the neck pu sounds "scooped" anyway and I play with both on 99 percent of the time.
If I want more and different punch, I may use the bridge pu with Series and cut bass and treble accordingly.

There are enough highs and lows with the MFDs and you may have to tame the highs with your SWR to alleviate the honkyness.

Thanks for the suggestions! It was sounding especially honky today and it dawned on me that it might just be the room I had it in. I put it in a different room and it made all the difference!

Very good. A lot of people don't take that into consideration when evaluating an amp.

I can move 20 feet in our sanctuary and then have to trim my EQ a bit.
