At the very least, this would give you the chord changes and keys of the songs, allowing you to work on the songs using your ear. No bass books, as far as I can tell. ARA punk 07-04-2002, 09:44 AM for the most part the bass just follows the guitar. supergreg 07-04-2002, 02:58 PM Yeah you get the guitar book to learn the chords and changes. After that you could just learn the little fills he does. Rush1988 07-06-2002, 12:09 PM yeah, but longview is one of Mike Dirn'ts best pieces and that doesn't follow the guitar except for the chorus because there is no guitar except for the chorus and the ending. JP Bassman 07-07-2002, 11:47 AM so, i cant believe im saying this, but if you cant figure it out on your own, look at the tab, its easy. good luck :) Bob Clayton 07-15-2002, 07:41 PM Originally posted by JP Bassman so, i cant believe im saying this, but if you cant figure it out on your own, look at the tab, its easy. good luck :) whew....im glad i didn't have to say that:D bp13 SpunkMunkeeD 07-18-2002, 07:15 PM Originally posted by FallonFender does green day make songbooks for bass guitar? I have almost every Green Day bass tab, and what I don't have I can find.
