Hello fellow bassists

I'm struggling with voodoo child by jimi hendrix. Should it be played in the standard EADG tuning or should each string be flattened? every tab I find is using the same notes but the tuning is varied.

Any help given will me much appreciated, thanks.

ibelieve that it is tuned 1/2 step below standard pitch
d#, g#,c#,f#.
