Does anybody out there know how to wire a Shcaller Double J as a humbucker??

that would be series, so you would wire the hot of one coil directly to the ground of the other one. (tape the connection so it doesn't touch anything else.) then, the two leftover ends are the hot and ground for the entire humbucker.

if it sounds big and fat, you're there. if it's thin and weird, reverse the two wires of one coil.
