So, I was purchasing a new pair of pants at the Gap, and the orchestra line from Used to Be a Cha Cha (terrible song name) came over the speakers! Someone has sampled the first few seconds from this tune. The rest of the song is mediocre. 70's-ish, redundant techno. Not too bad, though.

Has Jaco been sampled elsewhere?

How about that Punch the Monkey? That little guy takes forever to load.

Take care.

I haven't heard any Jaco, but I've heard a Béla Fleck and the Flecktones tune played as background music on a PBS pledge drive...

NPR uses the Flecktones as bump music, going into and coming out of commercial breaks.

I heard Jaco with Weather Report when I was watching the weather channel. It was the background music when it was doing the hourly weather report.. spooooooooooky
