I purchased a MIM Fender Jazz Bass Body and everything that is necessary to build a bass from n.aalox and others on eBay.

PayPal.

The Jazz Body is Alder, the color is cream white, the pictures follow.
This are his pictures and not the actual bass, but the bass is identical to the one pictured.

I also have the white pickguard for sale, still covered in plastic.

I have a Bad Ass II bridge. I did mount the bridge on the body, otherwise it's new.

New Fender Jazz Plate - I did wire and solder the plate, otherwise it's new.
$35.00 shipped

Dimarzio DP123 Jazz Pickups (the ones with the adjustable pole pieces).
I did solder them to the plate, otherwise they're new.
