I am a bass student there. I'm having problems accessing the lessons online. I have called customer service for days on end with no response...only an answering machine. I leave messages and they are not returned, yet they continue to bill my card. What the hey is going on there? David, can you help? I'm about ready to move on to something else. This is very unprofessional of them.

The people at Workshop Live will be glad to correct the problem. You will need however to give me some information of your account or email so I can forward it to them.
