Do you know any scales/modes that sound very middle eastern besides Phrygian Dominant and harmonic minor scale?

If you ever play them, what techniques do you use to create music with them?
For instance if im playing A harmonic minor I'll play my open A string every other note.

Thanks

Is that "jewish" one supposed to be in the key of E, so it's 1 b2 3 4 5 b6 b7 ?

Algerian is pretty cool
Egyptian sounds like your play minor pentatonic wrong lol
Persian is pretty cool but what does it resolve to?
I'll start using them.

Thanks Jim Campbell.
