Anyone know where I can get a copy of the exercise book that comes with the video? I'm not real concerned with the vid, but I really like his approach to playing arpeggios and how he practices scales in different note groups. Among a million other awesome little things he does in the vid. I think this book can be real helpful. Any suggestions?

BassBooks.com is always good.
Also, try Amazon, but buy from an independent Amazon seller as the price will likely be better than from Amazon itself.
Lastly, get the "Revised" (read: updated & corrected) version...
Edit: I just checked Amazon and the seller "moviemars" has it listed new for $14.18 + $2.98 shipping.
Hard to beat that price!
Just fyi, I've used "moviemars" many times in the past for CD purchases and have always received excellent service and product from them...
YMMV
