well... information coming from the college has been sparse and vague:rollno:

im enrolled in (and dorming at) the summer jazz workshop at willy p in paterson NJ starting next week, featuring instructors steve la spina and marcus mclaurine with a trip to the blue note in NYC to see charlie haden and his band perform. i was wondering if anybody on these forums has gone through the program at one point or another and had any info on it, or just a little heads up on anything.

Steve LaSpina is an absolutely wonderful player, you could do a LOT worse...

dont get me wrong, i know the players are well respected and excellent, and so is the program. however, many details werent given in the info packet sent out and calls havent been returned yet
