What does it mean when there is an "h" in tablature? If it is a technique, how do you perform it? :help:

I believe it stands for a hammer- on

hammer on.

You'll typically hit a note and then, with another finger on your left hand, hit another fret. So, one pluck, you get successive notes.

And what does a note in parentheses like this: (0) mean, and what does "b" mean?

Find a good tab, and it will have all of the notation explanation at the bottom.
