When you cook your meat on the grill ... do you use maple or rosewood? ... or Ash or Alder?

Bass Barbecue.... Make sure you soak the bass in beer or water for at least one hour to get the maximum amount of smoke from the wood.

All right all you Chicago/Northern Illinois DBers, don't miss this chance to luxuriate in the corn of beautiful Sycamore, Illinois. Pursuant to a declaration of the governor (who shall remain un-named) even cheese-heads will be tolerated for the day. After all, they can't help it . . .
Martin, I sent you an e-mail.
Bump.

Martin, If I was in the same country I'd be there. I'll have a drink in honour of the first annual bass barbeque - enjoy
