This looks like a potential bargain, on the NW coast (also handy for Vancouverites):

At first I assumed it was a vintage German ply bass - still not too shabby for a buy it now price of $1499. However if you check the last pic, and zoom in on the edge, right side, it is almost certainly a carved top. If you live nearby, you might want to check it out, pronto!

Note, I have absolutely nothing to do with this sale, but would definitely be involved (as a buyer) if I lived out that way...
