Well, I bought a brand new, full set of Animas -- with the extended E string -- on ebay, figuring I could clip the extra length off. TBer salcott informs me that the string will unravel.

So, if anyone is looking for an extended E for the price of a regular E, here 'tis.

I'll swap the full extended E set for full regular set too, if that's better for you. Mine have never been taken out of the package.
