I have kind of developed my own style where you write riffs by slapping the note on whatever is your bottom string and finger picking octaves on the other 3 or 4 strings. It can get pretty hectic.

It's kinda hard to explain, but do you understand what I mean?

Neat. What do you brace your hand on during the fingerpicking parts?

i do that sometimes to, and i don't really slap much, but i leik it in this context, i do teh finger plucking part with my pinky and ring finger while anchoring myself to the body with my index finger
