Pfretzschner plywood upright. It's an older bass, made around the late-1930's from what the previous owner told me--possibly made in the Juzek factory (has Pfretzschner label--see pic). Very nice, great playing and sounding bass. Has adjustable bridge and nice endpin installed. No issues, ready to play. I bought it in the spring, and although I like it very much, I need to raise some funds, so I have to let it go.
Comes with a black vinyl carrying bag and has a $500 set of Pirastro Chorda guts on it!! Plain gut G/D, wound gut A/E.
$3200---located in Nashville TN. Come by and play it, or if you live farther away, I'm willing to drive up to 3 hours to meet you (which would include Louisville, Chattanooga, Birmingham, and Memphis).
Thanks for looking.
