I have up a 2008 Peavey Zodiac BXP (natural-refin).It is a great player,with a smooth neck,alnico pups,3 ply PG,but my others get more play time.It is about an 8.5 with few scratches.It would be a great beater bass to save W and T on your best.It is also string thru or thru bridge.Asking $170.00 shipped or offer.All offers considered.To answer a question,it is Alder and has a Minwax wipe-on poly finish.Thanks for looking!(price update)

What was the original color?

Funny, I've been gassing for a butterscotch one. The one that I've gotten my hands on was beautiful. The wood on it was grainy like ash.

They really are a solid built bass and play FANTASTIC!It literally blows my Deluxe P away.The electronics are top notch, the neck is smooth,and it balances well.They are one of the most HIGHLY underated basses built,bar none.
