I'm looking for an EBS-15F! It's a 1x15" sub fullsize-cab.
Does anyone know where I can get a used one at a fair price? I live in Stockholm, Sweden.

Have you checked the local stores in stockholm like Jam or De Luxe or Estrad? Otherwise search the Musikbörsen website for used gear. I know that börsen in jönköping usually carry loads of EBS stuff.
