what, oh what, is the source of "the big bang theory" that you've been covering on your tours the past few years? when I get my next group together (if I ever can find any enlightened minds in this area) I want to sneak that tune into the group's lexicon. :D

i know this thread is very old but I just discovered this forum... for those of you that don't know, John Devries is the guitarist/singer/songwriter in two incredible but now-defunct bands, Agitpop and Cellophane. (I think there were several unrelated bands called cellophane.) Both bands featured Mark Lafalce who is one of the best rock drummers I've ever seen. Cellophane had a track on that minutemen tribute CD that came out in the mid-90s. Agitpop had a bunch of records on Rough Trade; my favorite, "Back at the Plain of Jars", is dedicated to "three dudes from pedro."
