Here's a suggestion-- find a wiring schematic for the Musicman Sabre and use that as a basis. Sabre was late 70s early 80s bass, looked like a 2-PU Stingray. Early ones had three mini toggles like on G&Ls, later ones had a strat-style blade switch with 5 positions so you could use diff combinatiosn of pickups and even of coils.

Or you could just buy a sabre..... there was a graphite-necked version called the Cutlass, too.
