1960s-70s Hofner Laminate - Rough evaluation?

Hey guys,

I've got this laminated roundback hofner and want to know its value today. It has no nice flame or figurings. Just a plain jane in brown burst varnish.
The fingerboard is rosewood and tailpiece is a blackened boxwood if i'm not wrong.
I added a adjustable bridge to it and a Realist pickup.

Any help?
Someone offered me $1560 for all the above and i dunno if its a good price to sell it.
