5-string bass with a high C-string and a low C extension

Does anyone on this forum have a 5-string bass with a high C-string and a low C extension? I would love to see some pics!

Mario Lamarre in Montreal made a few basses with 5 strings, tuned EADGC, with the E extended to low C or even B!
