| Advice needed on renting Hello everyone-
I'm a bass guitarist looking to make the crossover to the "real bass," and I've been looking around for a place that might rent one so that I could get a feel for the instrument, and take some lessons.
Does anyone know of a place that might rent double basses in the Syracuse, New York area?
I have called through a good number of the music shops in the phone book, and haven't had any luck talking to anyone with any sort of helpful information at all. One "fine instrument retailer" actually had to ask me what a double bass is... but I digress.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
