Andrew Schroetter bass

I do not play bass. I inherited an Andrew Schroetter, Model 120 S 725 3/4 size carved (I think) bass from my father. The label inside says "10/88" which I presume is the date it was made. Does anyone know anything about this maker/manufacturer or this particular make/model?

Schroetter is not a maker but an importer. Over the decades they have imported basses from various factories in Europe.
