Anyone selling?

Is there anyone here looking to sell an upright near Greenville, SC? If so, give me some kind of idea what you have, price, and contact info (e-mail, phone number, PM)

Nevermind. I didn't realize there was a classifieds section. Thanks for all the help.

What kind of music do you play? Your GAS list says you're looking for an old King Ply, so I'm guessing you're looking to spend 1-3K.
Am I right?

Old Kay?

Blue Ridge Music in Asheville, NC had a nice old Kay when I was up there about a month ago. 1939 I think. $2995 tag, I played it a little - I thought it sounded good. They probably have a website.

I feel funny posting about it here-- my first advice is to check the classifieds here. Most sellers give their location in the ad, and if not, it should be in their profile.

My 1941 Kay is up FT/FS in the Classifieds. I'm East Coast-- but would only really go as far as DC or Norfolk, VA to get it to you (my folks are in Maryland-- a good excuse to get down there for a day.) PM me here on TB for more. Thanks!

Another vote for "check the classifieds" -- there's even a "wanted to buy" forum there, which I think is where this thread belongs. I'm sure someone'll be along directly to move it for ya.

Kmanley:

I'm about an hour away from you, up the hill in Asheville. Drop me an email or phone call and I can put you in touch with about a dozen different upright basses for sale in the area.
