ATTENTION ALL SHEN BASS OWNERS IN MONTREAL!

Hey everybody,
How is everybody doing? I'll start off by explaining my situation.
I have a Czech Republic plywood bass, and am considerring upgrading sometime soon. People say that Shen basses are the best instruments coming out of China and I would want to try one to see what all the fuss is about.
I'm not looking for someone that is selling a Shen, just anyone in my area that has a Shen bass.
I'm living in Montreal, QC, Canada. If I can find a Shen bass owner in Montreal that is willing to let me try their bass, that would be super hip.
So if there's anyone in the Montreal area that owns a Shen Bass reading this, please allow me the oppurtunity to try your instrument
Thank you for your consideration.

Hey Mike! I'm in Montreal. I don't own a Shen but a Chineese bass that I got from String emporium (Phoenix Arizona). I'm a newbie but I'm pretty sure it's a good bass (my teacher - bass player in the Orchestre Metropolitain de Montreal, really loved it and tought of buying one as a back-up). Check their website and talk to Steve Koscica, he is such a great guy to deal with. If you ever want to try my bass, send me a PM and we'll see what we can do.

I just bought a Carlo (gulp) Robelli 600 Series. I was looking at Shen, and Upton. This bass has a solid spruce top and plays really well. I know the brand is considered a joke here, but this new model is a real bargain for the price IMO.
