I've owned lots of basses and it's the best new bass I've ever played. Luciano has really evolved as a luthier.I'll post pics in a few days. It's all custom for me including a VERY cool scroll. Any ideas on good trunks? I have a Gage trunk and I really don't like the way the bass is strapped in and suspended. I've used it for 10 years and it's been rebuilt and updated, but I think that the design could be better. By the time I got back to Chicago the straps had loosened and the bass was just bouncing around. Fortunately it's ok. I use my EUB on the road for touring, but occasionally I have to bring the DB for recordings or tv stuff. I don't mind spending some dough----I just want something lightweight that really protects the bass. Any cool new space-age stuff out there? Just joking, but I'm sure that there are some better engineered trunks.
