I contacted him a few months ago to ask about prices and models and he sent me a few pictures along with a pricelist.
Nice work. Apparently he can make a Ceruti or Testore style instrument using 100 years old wood... just it was way above my price range.

If you send me your address in a private message here I can forward you his message and pictures. Or maybe you already contacted him...

I became familiar with the work of Barnabas Racz through his restorations. He came highly recommended by Tom Martin. Baranabas was responsible for the beautiful restoration of the H. Amati II that I was selling. He also restored a bass thought to have been made by Maggini but which now turns out to be a da Salo. This bass sounded good before but now it sounds great. His workmanship is impeccable. He's been making basses for some time now with little exposure in the US. His basses are very popular in Europe. Last year he asked if I could try to sell a couple of his basses at the State College ISB Convention. A few days before the convention 3 crates showed up at my door. I sold the Testore model at the ISB and have one Forster model left. David Gage has a Racz bass as well.
