It has outer "linings", so it's German like Eric says and probably a basic shop bass since there's not much figure in the wood. Thing is, by the way that neck joint looks, it needs serious work.

What are you up to Igor? You looking for a project? I don't know what the repair rates are in Moscow, but that would be thousands to fix in the US.

Oh, wow. That neck joint is atrocious. I'd steer clear of that.

As the Americans have said, that'd cost thousands to fix here in Canada as well.

I take this bass with 3 bows for 250$
But...what can I do?To repair?
My luthier says it's prob. russian bass (circa 1950-60)

What the heck are you asking us for? You've got a luthier, ask him/her what can be done to repair it and let us know what happens.
