Bass Monkey in the news

Courtesy of our good friends at Google, I stumbled over the following earlier today. Molly/Wendy may be blushing a little bit but gave permission for me to post this link.

A labor of love - Evening Sun

A beautiful and fitting tribute. Congrats to Wendy and Lonnie.

...if audiences are prone to talking during bass solos, I hope they start talking after reading this article...for a completely different reason.

Thanks Kungfu and everyone!

The two young ladies who interviewed us and took the picture did a really good job and captured the essence of what we love to do…good journalism for a small local paper. We had no idea it was going to appear in the Sunday newspaper, we thought the interview was for the festival/campground newspaper insert. You all know my love for Epiphone’s and this story pretty much revels how it all came about.

Thanks all for your kind words of appreciation. We will keep doing what we are doing (and yes, this does make me blush).
