Pacific Rim Tonewoods has been around for quite a while, and the fact the Bruce Harvie (Orcas Island Tonewoods) recommends them is a good sign. I'm working on a Sitka spruce top now that I bought from Bruce Harvie and his bass wood is fine. I know that Bruce is currently out of #1 tops, so I'm sure that's why he recommended Pacific Rim to all his bass customers.

Chasarms, maybe around St. Louis that's a big tree. Look at the tiny little forklift he's using to move it...

Hey Jeff - I think you put the pics in the wrong category. This is "Bass Wood" category. Those should be in the "Fire Wood" category!

Sorry, Bob. My kid was trying to figure out for me how to post pics so they appear right away like Chasarms earlier post. He had a couple of misfires and I have subsequently deleted them.
