Bob's House of Basses

I hope this is the right forum.

I just wanted to give kudos to Bob Kurz of Bob's House of Basses in the DC area. I hadn't dealt with Bob before, but needed a set of tuners to replace the rather poor quality set that came on a recent Chinese bass.

The tuners Bob sent (right around the time of Hurricane Sandy) were crushed in the mail. After a couple of very helpful phone calls, Bob replaced the set free of charge.

A very good shop and, from this experience, a very good man, to deal with.

I've dealt with Bob for years - he's awesome!!!!! I've spoken with him several times and whether I'm purchasing or not he's always helpful and patient. And he's got great prices.
