Code Orange Dork Confirmed

Sorry ... I Really Did Quit Talk-Bass ... But it is my Patriotic-Duty to Report In. I have a Shorty-Shorts-Wave Radio that gives me all-the-angles and the peeks into the under-garments (Oops ... I meant ... The under-world) of TalkBass. The cross-chatter had to do with Omaha, NB and Upton, CT .... Never Mind .... I cut some venom out .... Feel Free To Delete. Sayonara !!

I hate to call you out but "quitting" talkbass publicly, in a thread, is the same as "almost" committing suicide...I desperate cry for attention and help, coupled with the admission that you have a problem.

......
Thanks Groove (and Jason, Treyzer, and PeeDubb in PM) . No need for the "hiding smilie" Groove ..... There's some truth in what you say. This is what's cool about TalkBass .... Friends I never met expressing concern and bass players who are shrinks on the side calling me out .

It's been a Strange Winter and I've been letting too-much stuff get to me. My humor has turned to not-so-passive-aggressive behavior. I need to take a time-out in the corner for awhile. But I'm not ready to snuff it quite yet Groove .... I have some fun gigs coming up, many songs and tunes I want to learn, improve my double bass playing, develop some personal discipline ........ Plus Montana Springtime isn't too far off and I can quit dickin' around on the internet and get out of the friggin' house .

Methinks he was suggesting he is back, just going to take a timeout for a bit. He's a good guy, a lot of fun and, from what I've heard on a CD some other links, a heck of a musician.

As in a murder/suicide, correct ORDER is paramount....

Righto, man...what messes up my head, though, is when the flight attendant instructs the passengers with children on the flight to apply the oxygen to THEMSELVES first....then the kid's. What the hell is that all about?

Hard to help anyone if you're passed out.
