Cremona model designations?

Hey all, I know the deal about the CCB's, (pro jazz drummer actually)... I have read through reams and reams of postings here and elsewhere... I am looking at a Cremona CCB from 2002 and the model numbering scheme isn't the same as the current crop that is out there, (it also was thoroughly checked over and passed with flying colors for me as a fun thing to learn on by my bass player, the cost is really really really nice says he)... Instead of the SB-1, SB-2, SB-3 designaton, this one has Model 8/3 and 1 3/4 inside, and year as 2002. Just wondering if anyone can give me some insight as to what the designation means?? thanks so much, nice to meet you all. (my bassist who looked at it with me plays a nice old Kay, among others if you all were wondering)

Thanks to the PMs, I can't respond to some for some reason... but thank you! I may stay on the lookout for something better, perhaps Englehardt... I have a beater for right now... perhaps I can get a good deal on a 1/2 size, and indeed it maybe easier for me being 5'-5"... (It will live in my studio for me to play...) I will collect a few more bucks!! Maybe take a ride in the new year to NYC.

Maybe they started getting their wood from a different packing crate manufacturer?
