$62,000 for a bass and it's going to sell off Ebay? I don't think so.

If one is simply browsing the category and sees this end of the spectrum, they could conceivably be less likely to swallow the too good to be true deals that are so common. So it has a purpose and not all the deals on e-bay are scams. I've seen some pretty legitimate basses there when I was shopping. You just have to be careful and somewhat skeptical.

I bought a bass on eBay once but after I saw it I started exchanging mail with the seller spoke to him on the phone and then went there to play the bass. eBay was just useful for him to advertise it. |

$62k on a bass.. sight unseen.. older than the country I live in? Psshhh no problem! any day! Now if I only had $62k in assets, haha!

I see the point about putting expensive classic basses on Ebay now. It just struck me as odd. |

The ISB Mainline has big spaces between issues. Membership in the AF of M is way down, so the International doesn't reach as many people.
e-bay? You never know. Why not? It generated notice here.
