When were you telling the truth?

| | | | Bruce, No need to question my truthfulness. That was just bad form on your part....
I have inherited students that used markers. It was difficult for them to make the adjustment. |

Not : ""I have found that the markers provide a crutch that is hard to overcome when they come off."
Imprecison will always catch you out!!

Don't know if this was a serious post, but thought I'd mention that when you change your sig, the change appears in all of your previous posts as well. BLUES MINEFIELD,
Let's not pick nits over GROWROSE's sentence structure down here when there are so many posters around upstairs who can't even spell "sticker", much less "fingerboard". I knew what he meant the first time, and he was just trying to help. |

----Yeah, I hate that fact. Your signature sez something about you in that time and place. Then when you change it it's lost forever. It also leads to confusing and possibly embarassing posts. Once Ray had the sig " I break for hors' deourves", in an attempt at humour I replied-Yeah, well I break for dervish whores! Of course when Ray changed his sig my comment remains, looking like I made the comment completely out of the blue. Think about it, would you take your bass to a luthier who just shouts out #@#@ like "I break for dervish whores!" Sounds like I got Tourette's syndrome. |

Hell, you should hear some of the stuff that TRUCKLLOAD says while he's working. I'd rather go to a luthier with a weird sense of humor than one with none at all. Still, I know what you mean about the time and place...it can make anyone replying to a sig look funny. |
