| I finally own an upright
Hi there,
I've been playing orchestral and some jazz on upright bass for a while (5 years) and I've been playing electric for a bit longer (8 years), but as of yesterday I finally own my very own upright bass. Since I'm still in school I didnt want to go over a budget, so I found a nice Engelhardt M1 that was setup nicely with Helicore strings and I put on a fishman full circle. As for a bow I got a Parasold (I think thats the name) French Bow. Anyways it has to be one of the better sound plywood basses I've heard and just about every in my music department agrees include my teacher.
