Jay Haide Double Bass - Italian (Panormo) Model.

Hi there I am a jazz musician based in Liverpool uk need a little help
I have found this bass for a great price (Jay Haide Double Bass - Italian (Panormo) Model.) . Does anyone have one of these? What’s the verdict? Do you have any info at all on jay haide basses?
I haven’t spent a lot of time on a bass with a 110cm/53.5in string length! Is this going to be a big leap? hehehe

I played a Queniol model at Kolstein's and it had a nice sound and feel.

FYI: 110cm is 43.3 inches, not 53 inches!

The Jay Haide models in the US are a collaboration between a Chinese maker and Ishfin Violins in the San Franscico area. They seem to be well regarded for the price.
