Great pics Gator. It looks like you're going straight into the board with that red cable. Is that accurate? No preamp? How does it sound?

Nah... it looks like he is going into a mic pre which is mounted underneath the board.

That was our last minute set up, as you can see my lack of a stand for my J-bass. But the PA is sitting on top of a little 100 Watt ported 2x10 Fender amp, that feeds into the board. The cab for my SWR rig was in the shop. It sounds pretty good, not as good as the SWR though. By the way, I really do have better technique than what is shown, but again if I'm slapping anyway technique goes out the window. My prof at UNF would shoot me if he saw those pics. And man you guys are very observant. Right on!
