Klaus Mueller Prelude - opinions?

I'm shopping for a double bass for bluegrass and have about $1000 to spend. I've searched threads and found good reviews of Engelhardts and Strunels in that price range. But what about a Klaus Mueller Prelude Bass from Southwest Strings? Looks like a good price - $830.50 - and have an ebony fretboard. I haven't been able to find any discussions re: them.

Also, I'm in Nashville. Anybody know any players/dealers who might have a good used instrument to sell?
