Is this label pre 1885?

My guess is that this bass was one of the first basses Hermann Dölling Jr. made. He was born in 1862. Most Dölling jr instruments are marked with a more complex company-label which also says "Musikinstrumentenfabrik". His instrument factory was founded in 1885.

Any comments?

True... I absolutley think this bass is from befor 1900, and it is german, but of course, is it Hermann Döllings jr.'s work?
It's a bit hard to judge since this is the first Dölling bass i have seen. (or actually. there is one here but thats a gamba model: http://catalogue.kort-basses.com/19/test_en.html)
