There is Ed Roman, that is probably THE guitar n' bass shop in LV. However it is way overpriced. They go above the average suggested retail sales price of typical Fenders and etc. Though they have stuff you are not likely to see elsewhere. Close to the strip but behind it, on the Rio side. Worth checking out.

I was excited to go there and enjoyed it, but when I saw the prices I didn't even consider as purchase. But in this economy, who knows, maybe they adjusted their prices.
EDIT: Oops! Sorry, didn't notice this was in the DB forum. This place caters mostly to electrics, though still may be an interesting place to check out.
