Probably crammed in there so tight you'd need a sledgehammer to knock it down

I got some more pics from them if anyone wants to see them
I am seriously considering one but am asking if it can be upgraded to a higher grade
What they told me is they are looking for distributors and as soon as they find some, prices will go up alot. They apologized for their english and hope they find a dealer that will handle all of the setup and day to day questions.

Thanks

Looks like 100 proof. Finest Russian.

Seriously though, I have bought things from these Chinese Ebay'ers (not this one) and been very happy.

Heck, for $350 I might get one just to decorate my apartment.

Best of all, it's collapsible so that you can easily take it to another apartment to share in the decorating.

Hey, it looks like somebody actually bid on this bass! Was it somebody from this site? If so please give us a review if or when you receive it.

The same eBay seller is also listing a folding EUB, whose design (other than the folding gimmick) and hardware is identical to an EUB sold by Gear4Music, an instrument retail warehouse in York, England. G4M sell a number of very cheap BSOs and seem to have been the subject of several threads here.

The G4M EUB sells for around GBP600. I bought a "B stock" on eBay that had been damaged in shipping, for around a tenth of that figure. All I can say is that I was glad I didn't pay the full retail price - the quality of manufacture and finish is poor. I'll see how it shapes up after I've stripped and refinished it.

I don't think one can necessarily infer from this that all products from China or even this factory are of poor quality - I am sure the G4M basses are built to a price and sold on at a hefty mark-up.

To balance the story, I've also had experience of buying a DB (in parts) direct from a Chinese maker and was happy with the quality.
