I would have to add a vote for Nick Lloyd out in Cincy. He just finished repairing an old german flatback for me and his work is outstanding. He also builds his own high-quality basses, quite knowledgeable (he answered every question I had very well), and is a really nice fella. Two calloused thumbs up!
