Morgan DBs?

Hello everyone, I'm considering to buy a Morgan DB. I've only played double bass a couple of times before, so I'm not sure I can judge if it's very good or not. Ofcourse I will probably feel it, but I cannot be sure, so I'm just gonna ask, will a Morgan bass be a good choice for a beginner? I might buy the cheapest double bass pack there is (comes with a bow aswell) if not this one. Is a Morgan an okay choice? Thanks guys!

Who is the seller? individual, internet, violin shop, music store?
what is the country of origin?
Is it old or new?
Is it plywood (laminated) or carved?
Google searches show little on Morgan instruments. You might know more than we do.
