The Alexander Technique can help you like nothing else can, while you continue playing.

Go to www.alexandertech.org
Follow the steps for finding a teacher. You can get a list of all certified teachers in Ohio, with addresses and phones.
William Conable is well known, and is also a cellist, although knowledge of string playing has nothing whatsoever to do with teaching the technique. The best teaching I've been given came from non-musicians.

Thanks. William Conable teaches at Ohio State; that's a good resource. Many thanks and Happy New Year.
