Cool My Gorman Bass - Progress!

So in February I had luthier Don Gorman start building me a bass. The instrument should be ready in 5 weeks, I'm very excited. Here is a photo of the instruments back, it's made of extremely expensive big leaf quilted maple from British Columbia. Don is an incredibly maker, he recently completed Ed Barker's Solo Bass.

To check out Don's recent Solo Bass that he built for David Currie, you can go here (This model has the same quilted maple as mine!)

It's got very similar dimensions to Ed Barkers bass, which I played...sounded like an organ
